Nomie: Nomie is a somatic AI wellness companion designed to transform doomscrolling into intentional self-care. Built on the principles of Polyvagal Theory, it focuses on nervous system regulation through 'bottom-up' processing. Instead of simply blocking apps, Nomie redirects the habit of compulsive scrolling into 'Bloomscrolling'—a feed filled with calming rituals, digital fidgets, somatic breathing exercises, and AI-guided emotional support. It uses haptic vibrations and sensory grounding to help users shift out of fight-or-flight modes (anxiety/stress) and into a state of calm, focus, and safety.
